Ignore case in path comparison

first of all, thank you for this wonderful tool!

I would like to have a few modifications concerning comparisons of paths, though.
Attached you'll find a ZIP archive containing two source files from the AutoStart directory, where I changed the comparison to case-insensitive (see comments starting with "//[13-05-14 DR]:"; I know, it has been awhile).
Windows is not always returning the same casing with all API functions and because Windows has no case-significance like Linux, IMHO comparisons should always be done ignoring case.
On my machine it always added an entry into the AutoStart directory, though I have it already in the scheduler.
