Keep program running if update detected and -c used

Nice tool, very handy. I start the program with the -c option 15 minutes after Windows start-up using W8 task scheduler. But if a Windows update is detected and I'm not in front of the PC to see the message I do not know updates are available. Could you maybe keep the program running if a Windows update is detected and the -c command line option is used? Thanks.

A good suggestion, I will change the behavior of the -closeAfterCheck command line argument in the next release.
